Our services are intended to support healing and personal growth, but are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
1. If you are under psychiatric care or taking medication, we strongly recommend that you consult your healthcare provider before enrolling.
2 Never stop prescribed medication without your doctor’s advice.
3. We do not guarantee specific results; your progress depends on your own efforts, mindset, and circumstances.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to access our courses and coaching programs. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must give written permission and supervise your usage.

4. Payments & Refunds

1. All payments must be made through secure payment gateways provided on our checkout pages.
2. Do not trust any unofficial WhatsApp messages or bank transfer links. We never share account details via WhatsApp.
3. For refund policies, please refer to our Refund Policy page. All digital purchases and live sessions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Course Access & Community

1. All digital products, courses, and healing meditations are delivered online.
2. Access to live sessions is provided as a bonus, and may change based on availability.
3. You agree not to share your course login or content with others.
4. Private community access (if included) is for interaction and questions only. Personal 1-on-1 coaching support is not included unless clearly mentioned in your purchase

6. Healing Technique Disclaimer

Our programs use Ho’oponopono, EFT, NLP, Law of Attraction, Reiki and other holistic tools. These are spiritual and self-development techniques and should be used in conjunction with, not in place of, professional medical care.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including videos, PDFs, audio meditations, text, and graphics are the intellectual property of Shirish Mandhare Healing. Unauthorized copying, sharing, reselling or distributing is strictly prohibited.You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the material for personal use only.

8. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

If you enroll in a monthly subscription or recurring program:
1. You authorize automatic billing every 30 days.
2. You may cancel your subscription anytime via email at support@shirishmandhare.com but cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle

9. Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver

You accept full responsibility for your emotional and mental well-being while using our content.
We are not liable for:
1. Any decisions you make based on our coaching or content
2. Any delays, access issues, or data loss
3 Any claims of emotional impact or healing outcomes
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shirish Mandhare Healing and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation.

10. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:
